About Nexara

Built by someone who
ran the buildings first.

Twenty-five years inside facilities — managing teams, accountable for buildings that could not afford a bad vendor. That experience is the product.

Our story

Twenty-five years on the other side of the contract.

Nexara Facility Services was built from more than 25 years of hands-on experience in facilities, maintenance, janitorial operations and leadership.

Those years were spent managing teams, supporting complex facilities, and seeing firsthand what clients actually need from a service partner — and, just as often, what they were not getting.

The company was founded on a simple idea: provide dependable service, operate with complete transparency, and treat every client’s facility as if it were our own.

What sets Nexara apart is the experience behind it. Having worked directly in the field, led large teams, managed complex facilities and overseen high-expectation client accounts, we understand the challenge from both the customer’s and the provider’s side. That makes it possible to anticipate problems, build practical solutions and hold a team to a higher standard.

When you hire Nexara, you are not hiring another service company.

You are getting decades of experience, accountability, transparency, and an owner who understands what it takes to get the job done right.

How we operate

Three commitments that decide whether a contract works.

Transparency

You get a written scope, a defined standard and honest reporting — including when something was missed. Nobody has to guess what they are paying for.

Ownership

We treat your facility as if it were ours. Problems get solved rather than reported, and the owner is reachable on every account.

Consistency

The standard on month eighteen matches the standard on week one. That is a staffing and management discipline, not a promise.

The model

Why Nexara works this way.

What does 'owner-led' mean at Nexara?

Owner-led means the same person who built the cleaning program is the point of contact when something needs a decision. Walkthroughs, scope changes and escalations go directly to the owner rather than through a layer of account managers or a call center.

That is a structural choice, not a marketing line. A written scope only holds up if someone with authority to change it is actually reachable. On most vendor relationships, the person a facility manager reaches by phone has no ability to fix what is wrong — they can only log it.

Why did Nexara build this program-first model instead of the usual labor-supply model?

Because the common failure mode in commercial cleaning is a vendor that supplies labor and waits to be told what to do, with no documented standard to hold anyone to. Nexara's owner brings 25+ years in facilities, maintenance, janitorial operations and team leadership, and built the company to close that specific gap.

A vendor that waits for direction puts the burden of managing the cleaning company back on the facility manager who hired it to remove that burden. Defining the scope, the frequency and the inspection standard before staffing a single shift shifts that management work back onto Nexara, where it belongs.

Facility leadership experience is the actual product here: someone who has worked in facilities, maintenance and janitorial operations deciding what the scope needs to say, instead of a salesperson handing a generic checklist to a crew.

What does '25+ years in facilities' actually cover?

Nexara's owner brings more than 25 years across facilities, maintenance, janitorial operations and team leadership. That background shapes how programs are scoped, how crews are briefed to a standard, and how accountability is structured on every account — it is operational experience, not a sales credential.

Nexara does not publish a founding story beyond that fact, a client roster, or a headcount — the company is new, launched in 2026, and states only what is true today. What a facility manager is actually buying is the judgment that experience produces: knowing what a scope needs to say before something goes wrong, not after.

How does accountability actually work on a Nexara account?

Every account runs against a written scope with a defined inspection standard, scheduled quality checks with documentation, and a short escalation path that ends at the owner. Accountability is a structure — a document and a contact — not a promise made in a sales conversation.

  • A written scope of work defining what is cleaned, how often, and to what standard
  • Scheduled inspections with documentation, not spot checks after a complaint
  • A named escalation contact reachable directly, ending at the owner
  • Transparent reporting, including when something was missed

What do transparency and consistency mean in practice, not just as words?

Transparency means the facility manager gets honest reporting, including on the weeks something was missed, instead of a status report that only shows good news. Consistency means the standard delivered in month eighteen matches week one, which is a staffing and management discipline, not a one-time promise.

Both depend on the same written scope. Without a documented standard, “consistent” has no fixed meaning and “transparent” has nothing to report against. That is why the scope comes before staffing on every account — see how that sequence works on the home page's process section.

Who should read this page before requesting a walkthrough?

This page is for a facility manager or property manager deciding whether Nexara's model fits their building — particularly one who has been burned by a vendor that supplied labor without a plan. It explains the reasoning behind the program-first approach before the services and contact pages get into specifics.

If the question is which services apply to a specific building, the services hub and industries hub go into the mechanics. If the question is coverage area, see service areas. This page answers only the “why” behind how Nexara operates.

Questions

What facility managers ask us.

Is the owner named on the website?

No. Nexara does not publish the owner's name on the site. The owner is still the direct point of contact on every account — reachable by phone or through the contact form — the name is simply not part of the public site.

How long has Nexara been in business?

Nexara Facility Services was founded in 2026 in Ontario, CA. It is a new company. The owner's facilities and janitorial operations experience predates the company by more than 25 years, which is the background the program design is built on.

Does Nexara subcontract its work?

How each part of a scope is staffed, including any specialized work performed by a partner, is stated in the written scope, and every part is held to the same inspection standard. Ask any vendor, including Nexara, exactly who will perform each service before signing.

What certifications or licenses does Nexara hold?

Ask any commercial cleaning vendor, including Nexara, directly about licensing, insurance and any industry certifications relevant to your facility before signing a contract — that is a fair question for any provider and part of normal vendor due diligence.

Why does the about page not list client names or project examples?

Nexara is a new company, founded in 2026, and does not fabricate a client roster or project history it does not have. As the company completes work, case examples will be added truthfully rather than implied early to look more established.

How is a walkthrough with the owner different from a sales call?

The person walking the building is the same person who can change the scope, adjust pricing logic, or resolve a problem later — not a salesperson who hands the account to someone else afterward. That continuity is the point of the owner-led structure.
