Job videos

Anyone can put a stock photo of a shiny lobby on a website. These are Nexara crews on real job sites across Southern California: gowned technicians refinishing floors in GMP laboratories, grinding and polishing warehouse concrete, dusting ductwork from a lift in fall protection, and extracting carpet in occupied offices.

Our customers' names and locations are left off on purpose. Many of the facilities we work in are regulated or secure, and discretion is part of the job. Every project below links to the service behind it, so you can see what that work includes and request a walkthrough of your own building.

Questions

About our work.

Are these photos and videos really Nexara's work?

Yes. Every image and clip on this page comes from our own crews on real Nexara jobs. None of it is stock photography, and the crews you see are the people who do the work.

Why don't you name the customers?

Many of the facilities we service are regulated, secure or simply private, and we treat their names and locations as confidential. If you want to know more about a specific project, ask us during your walkthrough and we will tell you what we can.

Can you do this kind of work in my facility?

Most likely. We schedule floor, carpet and high work around your production, shifts or business hours, including nights and weekends. It starts with a walkthrough so the scope is written for your building, not copied from someone else's.

No proposal before a walkthrough

Let's walk your facility.

Every scope starts with a walkthrough. We look at the building, ask what is actually going wrong today, and come back with a written scope and a number — not a brochure.
